服務條款
1. 條款之接受
歡迎使用「Nyoki!（蘑菇計時器）」（下稱「本 App」或「本服務」）。當您下載、安裝或使用本 App，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意接受本服務條款（下稱「本條款」）以及我們的隱私政策之約束。若您不同意，請停止使用並刪除本 App。
2. 服務內容與授權
本 App 為協助玩家追蹤遊戲蘑菇 / 資源重生時間之計時工具。我們授予您有限、非專屬、不可轉讓、可撤回之授權，以於您所擁有或控制之 Apple 裝置上，僅為個人、非商業用途使用本 App。
本 App 為非官方第三方工具，與任何遊戲開發商、發行商均無隸屬關係。
3. 帳號與身份識別
本 App 採匿名身份設計，於首次啟動時於本機產生匿名 User ID 與 Device ID 並儲存於 Keychain。您有責任保管您的裝置；若裝置遺失或被盜，您的訂閱與點數可能因此無法回復（除您透過 App 內 restore 流程或聯絡我們處理外）。
4. 訂閱條款（自動續訂）
4.1 產品名稱與價格

實際結帳金額以您所在地區的 App Store 顯示為準；如有調整將於 App 與本頁面公告。
4.2 免費試用
新訂閱者首次訂閱 Pro 或 Premium 時，可享 7 天免費試用。試用期內可隨時取消，不會被收取費用。試用結束後若未取消，將自動轉為付費訂閱並依上表費率扣款。每位 Apple ID 於同一訂閱群組僅享一次免費試用。
4.3 自動續訂
- 訂閱會於每個結算週期結束前 24 小時內自動續訂，除非您於該時間點之前取消。
- 續訂費用將自您的 Apple ID 帳戶扣除。
- 當您訂閱時，我們即透過 Apple StoreKit 取得交易憑證並於後端驗證；爾後之續訂、取消、退款均依 Apple App Store Server Notifications 處理。
4.4 取消方式
您可隨時取消訂閱：
- iOS 設定 App → 點擊頂端的 Apple ID → 「訂閱項目」 → 選擇 Nyoki! → 「取消訂閱」。
- 或前往 https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions。
取消後您仍可使用至當期結束日。App 本身無法為您取消訂閱，必須透過 Apple 帳戶設定操作。
4.5 退款
所有付款由 Apple 處理。若您欲申請退款，請依 Apple 官方流程：https://support.apple.com/HT204084。我們無權直接代為退款。
4.6 升降級
- Pro → Premium 升級：立即生效，Apple 自動 pro-rated 計算差額；本 App 將立即補發當月差額點數（100 - 已配給的 30 = 70 點）。
- Premium → Pro 降級：於當期結束時生效，下一期起以 Pro 費率與 30 點配給計算。
5. 加購點數條款（消耗型）

- 每次雲端 AI 截圖辨識消耗 2 點；本機辨識與手動建立計時器不消耗點數。辨識失敗不扣點。
- 加購點數永不過期，於相同 User ID 下累積。
- 加購點數為消耗型 In-App Purchase，依 Apple 政策 原則上不可退款，且不可轉讓給其他帳號。
- 若您依 Apple 流程取得退款，相應點數將被回收；若已使用完畢無法回收，您的帳號可能被標記供進一步審核。
6. 使用限制與禁止行為
您同意不得：
- 對本 App 進行反向工程、反編譯或試圖取得原始碼，但法律強制允許之情形除外。
- 偽造、竄改 App Store 收據或 webhook 事件。
- 將本 App 用於任何違法、騷擾或侵害他人權益之用途。
- 以自動化方式大量呼叫我們的 API、雲端 OCR 等服務。
- 移除或變更 App 內任何著作權、商標或專利標示。
違反者，我們得停止對您的服務、回收已配給之點數，並保留法律追訴權。
7. 智慧財產權
本 App 之介面、設計、程式碼、文案、商標與所有相關內容，均為 megshao 所有或經合法授權使用，受著作權法及其他智慧財產法保護。本條款不轉讓任何此等權利予您。
8. 服務變更與終止
我們保留隨時修改、暫停或終止部分或全部服務之權利。若該等變更實質減損您未消耗的付費權益，我們將以合理方式通知並協助您透過 Apple 申請退款。
9. 免責聲明
本 App 依「現況（AS IS）」與「現有功能（AS AVAILABLE）」提供。我們不保證計時器之絕對準確性、雲端辨識之 100% 正確、推播之即時送達，或服務不會中斷。您不應將本 App 作為任何重要決策之唯一依據。
於法律允許之最大範圍內，我們對您因使用或無法使用本服務所生之任何間接、附隨、特別或衍生性損害不負賠償責任。
10. 適用法律與爭議解決
本條款之解釋與適用，以及您與我們之間之任何爭議，均依中華民國法律處理（不適用其法律衝突原則）。如有訴訟必要，雙方合意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
11. 條款變更
我們得隨時修改本條款。重大變更將於本頁面更新「最後更新」日期並於 App 內通知。您於變更後繼續使用本 App，即視為接受新條款。

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using "Nyoki!" you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial use only. Nyoki! is an unofficial third-party tool with no affiliation to any game publisher.
3. Account
The App uses anonymous identifiers stored in your device Keychain. You are responsible for safeguarding your device; lost or stolen devices may result in inability to recover subscriptions / credits unless restored through the in-app flow or by contacting us.
4. Subscription Terms (Auto-Renewable)
- Nyoki! Pro — NT$30/month: 30 monthly credits + Dynamic Island / Live Activity + persistent notifications + ad-free.
- Nyoki! Premium — NT$90/month: 100 monthly credits; same features as Pro.
- Free Trial — 7 days for new subscribers; auto-converts to paid if not cancelled. One trial per Apple ID per subscription group.
- Auto-Renewal — Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Charges are made via your Apple ID.
- Cancel — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. The App itself cannot cancel for you.
- Refunds — handled by Apple at support.apple.com/HT204084.
- Upgrade Pro → Premium takes effect immediately with pro-rated credit; the App grants the 70-credit difference for the current month. Downgrade Premium → Pro takes effect at the end of the current period.
5. Consumable Credits
- Trial Pack NT$30 / 5 credits; Standard NT$150 / 30; Quarterly NT$400 / 100; Yearly NT$1500 / 500.
- Each cloud-AI screenshot recognition costs 2 credits; on-device OCR and manual entry are free. Failed recognition is not charged.
- Purchased credits never expire and are non-transferable; per Apple policy they are non-refundable in principle. Refunds granted by Apple will claw back the corresponding credits; if already consumed, your account may be flagged for review.
6. Prohibited Conduct
No reverse engineering, no receipt / webhook tampering, no use for unlawful purposes, no automated abuse of our APIs.
7. IP
All App content is owned by megshao or licensed; these Terms transfer no IP rights to you.
8. Modification & Termination
We may modify, suspend or terminate the service at any time. Material reductions to unconsumed paid benefits will be reasonably notified, with refund assistance via Apple where applicable.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant absolute timer accuracy, OCR correctness, or uninterrupted service. Do not rely on the App as the sole basis for any critical decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), excluding conflict-of-laws rules. The Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date and announced in-app.
